Terms of lease

The minimum rental period in our company starts from 2 days. The rental period is calculated after signing the deed of transfer.

Payment is made in full in advance, when the car is picked up. There is a deposit amount of 200 AZN in addition to the car payment. The deposit is in cash, and the car is paid for by cash or credit cards (VISA/MASTERCARD).

The car can only be driven within the borders of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

IMPORTANT TERMS:

• The person renting the vehicle must be over 24 years old;
• The person renting the car must have at least 2 years of driving experience;
• According to Article 35.1 of the Law “On Road Traffic” dated 19.05.2022, foreign and Azerbaijani citizens have the right to drive within the country with driver’s licenses obtained abroad for 1 month. For more than 1 month, a local driver’s license must be obtained.

Expenses included in the car rental price:

• Vehicle rental cost;
  
• Casco insurance (accident, damage to third parties);
• Compulsory insurance.

Expenses not included in the car rental price:

• Washing fee;
• Fuel cost;
• Parking costs;
• Fines incurred in case of violation of traffic rules according to state legislation;
• Vehicle damage (whether interior or exterior), including tire damage;
